Enough – ‘yetarlicha’ degan ma’noni anglatadi, har doim otdan oldin ishlatiladi (enough money / enough people etc.):

A:  Is there enough milk in your coffee?

B:  Yes, thank you.

A: Sizning qahvangizda yetarlicha sut bormi?

B: Ha, rahmat.

We wanted to play football, but we didn’t have enough players.

Biz futbol o’ynashni hohlagandik, ammo bizda yetarli o’yinchilar yo’q edi.

Why don’t you buy a car?  You’ve got enough money.   (not money enough)

Nimaga siz mashina sotib olmaysiz? Sizda yetarlicha pul bor. (money enough emas)

• Enough otsiz ham ishlatilishi mumkin:

I’ve got some money, but not enough to buy a car. (= I need more money to buy a car)

Menda biroz pul bor, ammo mashina sotib olish uchun yetarli emas. (= Menga mashina sotib olish uchun ko’proq pul kerak)

You’re always at home.  You don’t go out enough.

Siz har doim uydasiz. Siz yetarlicha tashqariga chiqmaysiz.

• Enough sifat bilan ham qo’llaniladi, bunda sifat + enough shaklida bo’ladi ((good enough / tall enough etc.):

A:  Shall we sit outside?

B:  No, it isn’t warm enough.   (not enough warm)

A: Tashqarida o’tiramizmi?

B: Yo’q, yetarlicha issiq emas. (enough warm emas)

Can you hear the radio?  Is it loud enough for you?

Radioni eshitdingizmi? U siz uchun yetarlicha balandlikdami?

Don’t buy that coat.  It’s nice, but it isn’t long enough.    (= it’s too short)

Anavi palttoni sotib olmang. U yaxshi, ammo yetarlicha uzun emas. (= u judayam uzun)

Exercise 2. Rasmlarga qarang va gaplarni to’ldiring. Enough + ushbu so’zlardan foydalaning.
